Dannible & McKee, LLP Names Two Senior Managers to Partner
Dannible & McKee, LLP, a certified public accounting and consulting firm with offices in Syracuse and Binghamton, New York, is pleased to announce the promotion of Shannon T. Forkin, CPA, CGMA, to tax partner and William R. Michalski, CPA, to audit partner.

Shannon T. Forkin, CPA, CGMA, started with the firm in 2004 after graduation from the State University of New York at Oswego. She has diverse experience in all areas of income taxation, including multi-state taxation and strategic planning, and specializes in working with healthcare, nonprofit and professional service clients. Residing in Guilderland, New York, Forkin is leading the effort to grow Dannible & McKee’s foothold in the Capital Region. She is a New York State Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
William R. Michalski, CPA, started with the firm in 2004 after graduation from Le Moyne College. He possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in audit, assurance and advisory services, and is an expert in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) overhead audits. Michalski concentrates in the industry specialties of healthcare, manufacturing, and architecture and engineering. He is a New York State Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for Sarah’s Guest House.
