Karl Jacob, CPA, CDA is a tax partner who started with the Firm in 1987 and has been a Partner since 1997. Karl has experience overseeing tax and consulting services to a wide range of clients, including individuals, corporations, and privately-held companies. He has extensive experience in income and estate taxation, with a high concentration in individual and corporate tax planning, and financial planning. He has extensive experience with the retail automotive, not-for-profit, and manufacturing industries and is an expert on taxation issues impacting these industries. Karl also specializes in New York state taxation issues with an emphasis on New York State Sales Tax and Qualified Empire Zone Enterprise (QEZE) credits. Karl is a graduate of Robert Morris College (Pittsburg, Pa) and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Pennsylvania. Karl is a member of the CPA Auto Dealer Consultants Association and is a past member of the New York State Society of CPA’s Employee Benefits Committee.
