Richard J. Maxwell, CPA/ABV, CDA is a tax partner with the Firm and has more than ten years of experience in taxation and planning for individuals and closely-held companies. Rich is responsible for overseeing tax services to a variety of the Firm’s clientele with a focus on manufacturing, construction, real estate and professional service entities.

Along with his concentration on corporate taxation and planning, Rich is extensively involved in the Firm’s business valuation and litigation support practice. He has conducted numerous business valuation studies for clients in a variety of industries in addition to performing ownership transition and related consulting services. He serves as a consultant to Architectural / Engineering (A/E) firms on business valuation and ownership transition issues. 		Richard Maxwell
