Number of New Hires

Our Recruiting Process
While we accept resumes through the mail, your best opportunity to be selected to join our team is to participate in the on campus recruiting process. It gives us an opportunity to compare you with your peers in a variety of Central New York colleges and universities.
Resume Prescreening: We will receive over 1,000 resumes from various colleges and universities throughout Central New York. We carefully review each and every resume looking for qualities that we are interested in, such as a reasonable grade point average (generally a 3.0 or above), campus activities (clubs, sports, student life, etc.), employment experience, whether it was during the summer months or during each semester and outside personal interest.
On Campus Interviews: We will speak with over 100 students on campus, generally in 20 -25 minute interviews where we have an opportunity to meet with you face to face. We like to ask open-ended questions that give us a chance to get to know you, your interests, and your personality. While these short interviews can be quite pressure packed, they give you an opportunity to separate you, from your peers.
In Office Interviews: After the on campus portion of the interview process we will invite between 20 -25 students to our offices for a tour and an opportunity to meet with some of our partners and other professional staff. This gives you a chance to get to know us better, our culture and our office environment.
Offer Lottery: Shortly after the office visit we will contact you by telephone or mail with news of a pending offer or not. Typically we will make between 12 - 15 offers to recruit 8 - 10 employees.
Start Date: Once selected and accepted your start date will be around the 1st of October.
