Michael J. Reilly, CPA/ABV, CVA, CFF, CDA, is a tax consulting partner for the firm. Since beginning his career in 1979, Mike has developed experience in all areas of income and estate taxation, with a strong emphasis on individual and corporate tax planning, business valuations, ownership transition, litigation support and employee benefits. Mike concentrates on various industry specialties, including manufacturing, construction, automotive dealerships and professional service organizations.

Along with his focus on corporate tax planning, Mike has developed expertise in implementing qualified and non-qualified employee benefit plans. He co-authored a course on business valuation, ownership transition and the creative use of employee benefit plans and ESOPs. Mike has written numerous articles, has been quoted in various trade publications and has lectured nationally on business valuation, ownership transition, corporate tax planning and other various tax-related topics. He is a past member of the teaching faculty for the NYSSCPA’s Foundation for Accounting Education and was a past chairman of the NYSSCPA’s Annual Tax Conferences.
