Deborah E. Finch, CPA/ABV CVA, CDA is a tax partner with more than thirteen years of experience in taxation and planning for individuals and closely held companies. Prior to joining Dannible & McKee 2004, Debbie spent ten years in private industry. She is responsible for overseeing tax engagements for a variety of the firm’s clientele, with a focus on professional service, health care and manufacturing entities.

In addition to her work in the corporate and individual taxation and planning arena, Debbie is extensively involved in the firm’s business valuation and succession planning practice. She works closely with Architectural/Engineering (A/E) firms and other closely held professional practices on the development of business valuation studies and structuring ownership transition plans.
