Joseph Winsman Earns His Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License

Dannible & McKee, LLP is pleased to announce that Joseph Winsman has successfully passed the CPA exam and completed the requirements to earn a license as a Certified Public Accountant in New York State.

Joe started his professional career in October 2019 as a staff accountant in the firm’s audit department. He received his Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, in accounting and Master of Science in Information Systems, summa cum laude, from Le Moyne College. Prior to being hired on a full-time basis, he also worked as an intern for two years at Dannible & McKee. Joe is from Palatine Bridge, New York, and currently resides in Liverpool, New York.

The CPA license is the accounting profession’s highest standard of competence, a symbol of achievement and assurance of quality.  To earn the prestige associated with the CPA license, one is required to demonstrate knowledge and competence by meeting high educational standards, passing the CPA exam and completing a specific amount of public accounting experience.
