SYRACUSE, NY, August 29, 2023 – Dannible & McKee, LLP, a certified public accounting and consulting firm with offices in Syracuse, Albany and Binghamton, has been recognized as one of the Central New York Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in 2023. This marks their fourth consecutive year of receiving this esteemed honor.

This annual award presented by BizEventz, a partner of CNY Business Journal, acknowledges the top workplaces in Central New York, as voted on by their employees. The award is based on a confidential survey that asks employees to share their feedback on job satisfaction, company culture, benefits, leadership and other relevant factors.

“This recognition is very meaningful for us, especially as we commemorate our firm’s 45th anniversary,” said Christopher Didio, CPA, CFE, managing partner. “As we reflect on how much we have grown our team and our physical locations throughout the years, it shows that our employees value the culture we strive to establish and preserve consistently.”

“We work very hard to ensure we earn this award, not just this year, but every year,” said Danielle Makowiec, director of human resources. “It’s a significant achievement for us and a reflection of our firm’s commitment to building a friendly and rewarding work environment. Our leaders invest time and resources in organizing various activities that promote camaraderie among our employees, such as celebrating promotions, recognizing birthdays and unwinding from work with happy hours, trivia challenges and sports teams.”
