Brian W. Johnson, CPA, CFE, has over 40 years of experience providing audit and accounting services to private and publicly-held domestic and foreign companies.

Brian has extensive experience in various industries, including manufacturing, inventory and cost accounting, retail, professional services, construction contractors, and fraud and forensic examinations. Brian also specializes in audits of the controls of service organizations (SOC audits), internal audit outsourcing and internal controls evaluation and consulting.

Brian joined Dannible & McKee in 2006, having previously held senior financial management responsibilities in both domestic and international privately-held and publicly-traded entities involved in the manufacturing, recycling and commodities, consumer and industrial product testing, social compliance auditing and ISO certification industries. He began his professional career with a national public accounting firm overseeing audit engagements.
