Charla A. Roth, CPA, is an audit partner with our firm and has over 22 years of experience providing auditing, accounting and consulting services. Charla specializes in working with architecture and engineering firms, manufacturers and nonprofit organizations. She has expertise in performing uniform guidance audits and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) overhead and indirect cost rate audits. In addition, she has managed the contract audit services with the New York State Department of Transportation from 2011 to the present. Charla builds relationships with her clients to ensure that they maximize the profitability and value of their business.
Charla was a recipient of the 2014 40 Under Forty Award, presented by TERACAI, CXtec & the Business Journal News Network. She is a member of the 2017 class for Leadership Greater Syracuse, an independent nonprofit organization whose mission is to make a difference in the Central New York Community.
